Description:
Quotation are invited for Rewinding of 200 KW, 3.3 KV Flame Proof Motor - Loher Make. 1) Remove all the existing windings from the slots. Cleaning of the Slots. Measure the coil data for fabricating new coils 2)Carryout the core loss test of the stator and repair damaged area . 3) Perform rewinding of the stator winding using Resin Rich Diamond shape coils. 4) Supply and install winding RTD. 5) Testing of the winding with Hi-pot and surge test for any inter turn short during mounting process . 6) Varnishing of the stator winding with VPI system using EPOXY resin 74035 suitable up to 13.8KV. 7) Perform curing under controlled condition in hot air oven upto 180 deg C. 8) Perform Electrical test on complete winding including winding resistance, insulation resistance, surge comparison test, HiPot test, inspection of temperature detector, tan delta test complying to relevant standard and submit report. 9) Apply overcoat antitracking varnish on the winding and interior of stator frame.
