• You are cordially invited by KOC to submit a tender in response to this RFQ for the supply of materials in accordance with the attached instructions and conditions. We would like to draw your attention to the General Conditions and Instructions, which shall form an integral part of this RFQ. *Please note that this tender is restricted to the approved list of manufacturers, specifically KM 08.09 - RELIEF VALVES ( ALL TYPES )* It is required that the Bidder remits a non-refundable*_ Tender Fee of KD 75._* Additionally, each submission must be accompanied by an *_Initial Bank Guarantee amounting to KD 1000_*. In the event that different unit rates are quoted by Bidders for Duplicate CAT ID lines, the lower amount submitted shall be considered the actual amount quoted. Furthermore, the *_Technical Offer_* must be submitted by the Manufacturer along with wiring drawing, data sheet, technical inputs, catalogue etc.to be provided for review. * * *_Notes_**:* *Any deviations from the specified requirements must be communicated to us prior to the closing of this tender.* *Please be aware that tenders submitted with deviations may rejection, which we want to avoid at all costs.
