- *_RECONDITIONING OF DRY GAS SEALS OF HP GAS COMPRESSOR_* One number of Dry Gas Seal removed from GC-09 HP Gas Compressor DE at is to be repaired through OEM Seal manufacturers as per the scope of work below, *_Dry gas seal Details_* Manufacturer- Flowserve Type- GASPAC-L Seal Size- 49 Serial No- 14349-D Quantity- 1 No *_Scope of work for repairs of Dry Gas Seals (HP Gas Compressor DE)_* 1) Carry out visual inspection after receipt of dry gas seals and record findings.*__* 2) Dismantle seals to carry out internal inspections. *__* 3) Clean all internal components and submit the initial inspection report along with photos indicating the condition and abnormalities of internal components. *__* 4) Replace O-rings, springs, Cap screws, CircPac rings, dynamic gasket assemblies. 5) List out the components required to be replaced based on the findings. 6) Prepare a detailed inspection report and actual quotation based on the inspection findings and submit the same to KOC for approval. 7) Vendor shall carry out the dynamic and static testing of dry gas seals after repair. KOC shall witness the seal test at vendor s repair facility. Vendor shall advise KOC three weeks in advance of the scheduled test commencement to facilitate attendance of KOC representative. 8) Transportation of seal from KOC site to repairs facility and back to site after repairs shall be the responsibility of vendor. 9) Repaired seal assemblies shall be warranted for any defects for a period of 12 months from the d...
