Description:
SCOPE OF WORK FOR GC-10 TRAIND FEED PUMP 1)Transport the stator from site to works facility and return it to same site after repairs. 2)Remove all the existing windings from the slots. Cleaning of the Slots. Measure the coil data for fabricating new coils 3)Repair core damaged area ,perform staggering if required and carryout the core loss test of the stator. 4) Perform rewinding of the stator winding using preformed diamond shaped coils . 5) Supply and install winding RTD if available in original . 6) Testing of the winding with Hi-pot and surge test for any inter turn short during mounting process . 7) Varnishing of the stator winding with VPI system using EPOXY resin suitable up to 13.8KV. 8) Perform curing under controlled condition in hot air oven upto 180 deg C. 9) Perform Electrical test on complete winding including winding resistance, insulation resistance, surge comparison test, HiPot test, inspection of temperature detector, tan delta test complying to relevant standard and submit report. 10) Apply overcoat antitracking varnish on the winding and interior of stator frame. 11) Repair the damaged bearing seat on shaft by metalising and remachining to require size. 11.1)Steam clean the rotor ,apply antitracking varnish. 12) Perform dynamic balancing of rotor . 13) Replace the motor bearings with new (FAG ,Germany ) 14) Perform the mechanical inspection of the parts and repair if required. 15) Perform assembly . 16) TEST AT RATED VOLTAGE 3300 VOLTS IN THERE WORKSHOP . ...
