OEM servicing / overhauling of Instrument air compressor (K-2101 C) is vital in order to bring back the system in normal operation, uninterrupted operation of crude production facility (GC-24) and sustain crude production. *RFQ TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE APPLICABLE IN PURCHASE ORDER.* *MATTER MOST IMPROTANT* * _PARTICULAR INSTRUCTIONS TO THE TENDERER FOR ONLINE BID SUBMISSION_* A) BID SUBMISSION AGAINST THIS RFQ IS THROUGH ELECTRONIC BIDDING AND THE BIDDER MUST SUBMIT ITS BID ONLINE ONLY THROUGH DESIGNATED K-TENDERING PORTAL. B) THE COMPANY (KOC) SHALL REJECT THE BIDS IF SUBMITTED IN ANY OTHER FORM AND THROUGH ANY OTHER MODE. C) THE COMPANY SHALL ONLY ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH COMPANIES WHO ARE REGISTERED THROUGH K-TENDRING PORTAL. D) FOR REGISTRATION AND ONLINE APPLICATION, BIDDER SHALL REFER TO E-LEARNING MATERIAL ON K-TENDRING / E-BUSINESS PORTAL. * *1.
