Description:
You are cordially invited by KOC to submit a tender in response to this RFQ for the supply of materials in accordance with the attached instructions and conditions. We would like to draw your attention to the General Conditions and Instructions, which shall form an integral part of this RFQ. * * *Please note that this tender is restricted to the approved list of manufacturers, specifically KM 08.05 (Check Valve) and KM 09.10 (Bronze Valve).* It is required that the Bidder remits a non-refundable*_ Tender Fee of KD 25._* Additionally, each submission must be accompanied by an *_Initial Bank Guarantee amounting to KD 500_.* In the event that different unit rates are quoted by Bidders for Duplicate CAT ID lines, the lower amount submitted shall be considered the actual amount quoted. Furthermore, the *_Technical Offer_* must be submitted by the Manufacturer. In cases where stock is available, *_the actual MTC_ must* be provided for review. _GAD approval will not be granted_ to the Manufacturer unless a non-standard valve is requested by KOC. * * *Note: Any deviations must be communicated before closing this tender. Tenders submitted with deviations may be rejected.*
