*COPE OF WORK / SERVICES* * * Repair of Faulty Bus duct of the transformer feeder of A 302 Substation at STF The Contractor shall perform the Services in accordance with the requirements as further described in this Contract including the provision of materials, labour, plant and all necessary equipment, tools and consumables for performance of the Services. A. Material Supply 1. Bus Duct: Supply of the bus duct section that matches the specifications and standards of the existing system at the transformer of 302 substation , STF . All bus duct materials must be procured from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to ensure compatibility and reliability. 2. Jointing Plate: Supply of jointing plates necessary for the secure connection of the bus duct sections. The jointing plates must be of the same grade and material as recommended by the OEM to maintain system integrity. 3. Chemical Compound: Supply of the specified chemical compound used for ensuring the electrical insulation and protection of the bus duct joints. The compound must adhere to the manufacturer's specifications for electrical and thermal performance. 4. Sundry items- Any sundry items like consumables, nuts/ bolts etc if required for the job B. Installation 1. Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of the existing bus duct portion using appropriate cleaning solutions to remove all residues and particles of the chemical compound.
