- The second German television ZDF intends to conclude framework agreements for the commissioning of support services for Broadcast-IT systems and infrastructure with a maximum of 5 companies (multi-partner framework agreement).
The framework agreement is determined using theHourly billing rates submitted at the submission date (maximum prices) based on the calculating quantity structure of the price sheet. The surcharge should be granted to the 5 cheapest bidders.
The calls are made on the basis of a single order with reference to the conditions of theFramework agreement after again call to the competition in the form of so-called mini competitions between the participants of the framework agreement (see section 3 of the BVB) in which a further price competition between the framework contract participants takes place.
