- Kreis-Ooffenbach, renovation and new construction of the August Bebel School (vocational school) in Offenbach
Scope of services: structural engineering planning for the LPH 1-6 in accordance with ยงยง 49 ff. HOAI, as well as special services in accordance with the contract.August Bebel-School was founded in 1967 as a vocational school with design and technical focus. At the two school locations Offenbach and Hanau-Steinheim, approx. 2,000 students are in various educational offers (departments of electrical, metal, painter,Painting, sanitary and wood technology).
The subject of this commission is the construction of the workshops (building 1+2) and the renovation of the multi -purpose hall/auditorium (building 3). Building 4-7 are not to be considered.
In addition to the workshops, three so-called team stations with approx.75 m2 required, which are in functional connection with the workshops and are intended in the same part of the building.The project launch is planned in mid -2025 immediately after ordering. It can be assumed from a project term of 48 months. If it turns out during the processing that the measure must take place in several construction phases, the project period may be extended.
