- The subject of the present Europe -wide tenders are the planning services of the balance sheet object planning engineering structures in accordance with part 3 Section 3 HOAI and specialist planning structure planning according to Part 4 Section 1 HOAI for the construction of two bridges over the EnZ in the city of Vaihingen an derEnz.viewed. In addition to several bridge renovations, 2 new Enzbruecken between the Rosswag district and the core city of Vaihingen on the EnZ are also to be built. These two bridges are the subject of this VGV procedure. The bridge concept decided by the local council is a systemattached to the VGV documents.
