- The subject of fulfillment of the public contract called "Sports complex Meteor, Česke Budějovice" is the processing of project documentation in the degrees of project documentation for the authorization of the project and for the execution of the project.
The aim of the project is the modernization and reconstruction of the area concerned: building new sports grounds with the necessary facilities, new restaurant building, building facilities for maintenance of the premises, etc., also includes the construction of a parking area and the necessary utilities.
The basis for processing project documentation will be:
• Architectural study called "Meteor - Sports Zone", which was prepared in 02/2025 Atelier Data s.r.o., with its registered office at J. Š. Baara 2777/6, 370 01 Česke Budějovice, IČO: 19350201.
Part of the work is also:
• Project preparation:
-Rezing all input documents
-geodetic focus
-worm -geological survey (with regard to the character of the territory is assumed the need for more boreholes With sufficient depth - about 8 m, all boreholes will be geodetically focused). The output of the survey will be soil profile, laboratory tests for classifying rocks, characteristic values of mechanical properties of soil geotypes, etc., determining freezing, groundwater analysis - groundwater aggression etc.
-Hydrogeological survey
-Rradon survey (building facilities of the camp, restaurant building, dressing house)
-The further surveys and focus that the designer assumes on the basis of his professional experience
-Kamer Survey Survey
-Dendrological survey (about 60 mature trees)
