The Bidder must Submit Supporting Documents Proving the Same. 3 the Supplier must Confirm Maintaining a Comprehensive Worldwide Stock Ofadmiralty Charts and Publications, Institutional Technical Publications Such as (but not Limited to) from Imo, Ilo, Stcw, Ics, Bimco, Intertanko, etc in Hard and/or E-Copy/Digital, Provide a Range of Value- Added Services, and must be Iso 9002 Accredited. The Bidder must Submit Supporting Documents Proving the Same. 4 the Supplier Maintaining above Criteria in Continuation (without Disruption and or Invalidation) and with Minimum in Service Experience of 5 Years. The Bidder has to Submit Supporting Documents Proving Service Experience that shall not be Less than Five Years. 5 the Supplier has a Digital Platform for Maintaining Chart & Publication Management, Voyage/Passage Management for the Vessel and Fleet Management System for Company (Ashore) Allowing Updated Monitoring of Feet Status and Expenditure. The Bidder must Submit Supporting Documents Proving the Same. 6 Digital Platform /Solutions for the Vessel shall Serve at Least the following Minimum Services; Alerts, Voyage /Passage Planning, Route Optimization, Weather Update, Monitoring and Routing, Port Data Information, Admiralty Bulletins & News, Load Line Information, Hra/Jwla/Pssa/Special Area, Charts, Encs & Publications Outfit Maintenance and Management, Environment Manager, Maritime Regulations Updated Data Issued by Imo, Mca, Port State Control (Psc), M & Ms notices.piracy Information.
