Description : The Department of Agriculture-RFO 3, invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the hereunder requirement, to wit:

INVITATION TO BID FOR

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ANIMAL FEEDS TO BE USE FOR THE SWINE INDUSTRY RECOVERY PROJECT OF THE NATIONAL LIVESTOCK PROGRAM FY 2024

1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2025 intends to apply the sum TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED PESOS (P2,243,300.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2025-04-1492. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by for Thirty (30) Calendar Days or from the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed.
