INVITATION TO BID

1. The Local Government Unit of Magpet through the General Fund of 2025 of the LGU-Magpet intends to apply the sum of Two HUndred Fifty Thousand Pesos only ( PhP 250,000.00) Being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CB0025-0072 for the For Temporary Shelter During Emergency. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Magpet now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
