SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DIETARY SUPPLEMENTATION TO 6-24 MONTHS, UNDERWEIGHT, STUNTED AND WASTED AND PREGNANT WOMEN
Contract No. GDS-2025-004
1. The Municipality of Calbiga, through the Budget approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand One Hundred Four Pesos Only (Php377,104.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Dietary Supplementation to 6-24 months, underweight, stunted and wasted and Pregnant Women with Contract No. GDS-2025-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Calbiga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required per Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
