Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of Fertilizers to be distributed to the farmers in the Municipality
1. The Municipal Government of Paoay, Ilocos Norte, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (P 3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of fertilizers to be distributed to the farmers in the municipality. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Paoay, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
