Description : 1. The Municipality of Pola, Province of Oriental Mindoro through the Special Purpose Appropriations (Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2025) intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Twenty pesos only (Php 1,799,520.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Goods for Gift Giving/Incentive to Senior Citizen. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pola, Province of Oriental Mindoro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids a single contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
