1. The St. Anthony Mother and Child Hospital, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Two Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos only [Php16,289,325.00], being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) corresponding to the total cost of each lot to be bid out, and the following Lot Numbers 1 to 4, being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item.
