Description : 1. The Department of Education Schools Division of Isabela, through the FY 2025 GAA intends to apply the sum of 4,144,638.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SUPPLEMENTARY LEARNING RESOURCES (SLRs) FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL LIBRARIES AND LIBRARY HUBS - LOT 2 with Identification Number 2025-05-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Education Schools Division of Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
