Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF UPGRADED GOATS TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO BENEFICIARIES OF SCALE UP PALAYAMANAN FOR RICE BASED FARMS IN REGION 3 FOR CY 2025
1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2025 intends to apply the sum TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (P2,940,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2025-05-1913. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by for the period of THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF NOTICE TO PROCEED.
Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
