Quotation are invited for Four (4) Years Supply Agreement for Automated Gram Stanier System with Consumables Gram Crystal Violet (500ml/Bottle) Bt 12 Gram Iodine (500ml/Bottle) Bt 12 Gram Safranine Acetone(500ml/Bottle) Bt 12 Gram Acetone Fushin(500ml/Bottle) Bt 12 "Automated Gram Stainer System Brief Description: Automated Gram Stainer System from fixation to drying that provides accurate, standardized results for pure strain isolate smears and human specimens with microorganism for in vitro diagnostics complete with all standard accessories and consumables. 1. Minimum requirements: 1.1 Shall perform automated gram staining of pure strain isolate smears and qualified with cell suspensions (Blood, BAL, CSF, Sputum, Vaginal Swab, Urine, wounds and feces) 1.2 Slide Carousel Capacity 8 or better. 1.3 Separated reagent channel, each connected to a separate spray nozzle to dispense the correct amount of reagent. 1.4 Rotor speed 100 to 2000 rpm or better 1.5 Shall have minimum nine operator selected decolorizer levels 1.6 Shall have settings for crystal, violet and iodine with low, medium and high 1.7 Shall have touchscreen interface for easy handling of the system. 1.8 Shall have customized protocols for different samples. 1.9 The system shall be suitable to operate on 240V ± 6%, 13A, 50Hz, AC single phase power supply. "
