Description : INVITATION TO BID for
Supply & Delivery of Construction Materials for Barangay Health Center Improvement Project of Barangay Tambis II
PB No. 2025-05-003
1. The Barangay Tambis 2, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through the 20% EDF Barangay Fund, intends to apply the sum of Seventy Four Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Three Pesos 15/100 (Php 74,783.15) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Construction Materials for Barangay Health Center Improvement Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Tambis 2, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 20 days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
