- The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the B23 tariff to the Computer Science Center of the Ministry of Finance at 1 Samoczdowa Street in Radom in the period from the date of the contract, not earlier than from 01/05/2025 to 31/12/2025 or until the maximum remuneration specified in § §6 para. 1 volume II SWZ - PPU depending on which of these events will take place earlier - subject to the provisions of § 7 para. 5 volume II SWZ - PPU. The planned amount of electricity supplied was specified in volume III SWZ - OPZ.
