Quotation are invited for Supply, Installation and Demonstration of Plasma Sterilizer Complete with All Standard Accessories & Consumables. Minimum Requirements: 1.1 the Required Chamber Usable Volume: 120-140 Liters Approx and Exceeds the Minimum Requirements for the en Iso 14937 Standard 1.2 the Unit must be Double Door and Fixed Type 1.3 Door Opening Actuated by Foot Pedal. 1.4 Standard Cycle Time shall be Less than 60 Minute 1.5 Operating Temperature 50⁰ C or Less 1.6 Two (2) Removable Shelves Compatible with Chamber Dimensions are Required 1.7 Unit must have Inbuilt Thermal Printer, the Print out Shows the Important Cycle Data during Operation 1.8 Automatic Door Safety Look System is Required 1.9 the Unit shall have Minimum Two (2) Programmable Cycles 1.10 Built-in Memory for User Defined Protocol is Required 1.11 Hepa Filtration System 1.12 the Sterilizer shall Detect Excess Moisture to Eliminate Chances of Contamination 1.13 the Touch Screen Display Required to Show: 1.13.1 Cycle Start/Stop 1.13.2 Cycle Selection 1.13.3 Monitoring Temperature, Pressure and Time 1.13.4 Alarm History 1.13.5 Calibration & Troubleshooting 1.14 the Unit Required to have Audible and Visual Alarms for the following: 14.1 Cassette/Cartridge Status 14.2 Door Lock 14.3 Power Failure 14.4 Low/High Temperature Range 1.15 the Unit shall have rs232 or Usb Interface for Further Upgrade and for Connection with Pc 1.16 the Unit should have Independent Monitoring System that Provides Remote and Monitoring for All Process Parameters, Network Connectivity And Usb Port for Cycle Data Download are Required to Provide Remote Monitoring 1.17 Power Supply Requirement shall be Clearly Stated in the Offer.
