Quotation are invited for Supply, Installation and Demonstration of Textured Wonder Wall Complete with All Standard Accessories and Consumables. Issue Date: 25-Nov-2021 Due Date: 13-Dec-2021 Due Time: 13:00 Brief Description: Tactile wall panel with a variety of materials and textures that will provide tactile discrimination complete with all standard accessories and consumables. 1. Minimum requirements: 1.1 Size shall be approx. 100x90cm. 1.2 Shall be able to provide good tactile stimulus 1.3 Shall be suitable for visual sensory input and development of fine motor skills 1.4 It shall have a tactile wall panel with different activities. 2. Accessories and Consumables: 2.1 All standard accessories and consumables for the smooth operation of the equipment shall be included with the offer (quoted price) 2.2 The offer shall clearly indicate the breakdown, unit prices and size of accessories and consumables included. 3. Quality Assurance: The Contractor shall verify that the manufacturer of the Equipment complies with internationally recognized quality control systems; such as; FDA, (ISO9001), CE in accordance with the European Active Medical Device and the Directives issued by British Standards Institute (BSI) or Canadian Standards Association (CSA) or UL-Underwriters Laboratory, USA.
