Minimum Requirements: 1.1 shall be Portable, Light Weight , Battery Operated Device 1.2 Method : Transcutaneous Noninvasive Method 1.3 Technique : Skin Surface Reflectance 1.4 Applicable Site for the Measurement shall be Forehead or Sternum of the Pediatric Patients 1.5 shall be Capable for Patients with Weight Range of 900-5000 Grams 1.6 shall have Short Measurement Time 1.7 shall be Able to Measure Total Serum Bilirubin Levels in the Range of 0-20 Mg / Dl (or Better) 1.8 shall be Capable for Unit Selection of Either Mg / Dl or μMol / L 1.9 shall have Lcd Display 1.10 shall have Automatic Calibration 1.11 shall be Provided with Carry Case. 1.12 Battery Charging Unit shall be Suitable to Operate for Input Supply 240v ±6%, 13amp,50 Hz Ac Single Phase Power Supply. 2.
