The deadline for submitting enquiries shall be no later than 5 days before the pre-tendering meeting date. 1 Company Profile 1-1 Must have minimum ten (10) years- experience in Fleet Management System provided to Oil and Gas Tanker Operations / Owners that are internationally recognized 1-2 Must have completed projects of similar nature to KOTC such as Tankers and ship owners 1-3 Should have global coverage and international service centers to provide technical support 2 System Details 2.1 Solution must cover all requested functionalities as per the technical requirements, and Bidder must own all the systems in the proposed solution. 2.2 Must have valid certificate of ISO 9001 standards. 2.3 Must be certified to IT Service Management standards such as ISO 20000, ITIL. or equivalent 2.4 Must be certified to IT Cyber Security Standards such as ISO 27000 or equivalent 2.5 Solution must cover all requested functionalities as per the technical requiremenu, and Bidder must own all the systems in the proposed solution. 3 Data Migration, Customizations, and Integration with Other Systems 3.1 All systems of the proposed solution must be able to be customized and aligned with KOTC's rules and regulations 3.2 All systems of the proposed solution must be able to be integrated with Oracle ERP system. 3.3 Data migration is a must and based on each module requirement, including vessel”s data. 3.4 All systems of the proposed solution should cover all KOTC's requirement, and these proposed systems should have seamless integration between them to avoid any data duplication of duplicated work of data entry. 4 System Architecture , infrastructures, Cyber Security and Deployment Requirements 4.1 All FMS Modules must be web based 4.2 Must be available for on premise deployment 4.3 The system should be based on Oracle or Microsoft products. 4.4 All systems of the proposed solution should not utilize any open source component
