Description:
Quotation are invited for Supply of LSAW CS Pipes. BID BOND: Each offer must be accompanied by an Initial Bank Guarantee equal to KD 1000 in favor of the Kuwait Oil Company and valid for 90 days validity period of the l ender, issued in the form of Letter of Guarantee by any approved local bank. The Tenderer shall duly fill in and complete Attachment B to the Form of Tender. PERFORMANCE BOND: The successful Tenderer shall submit a Performance Letter of Guarantee to the value of 10% of his bid. The Performance Bond shall be valid for the quoted delivery.period plus 18 months. The Performance Bond shall be worded generally in accordance with the specimen annexed to the Tender as Annexurc A. TENDER FEES: 3.1 The Bidder must pay a non-rcfundable Tender Fee 75 K.D as specified in RFQ document as follows: - Cash deposit in or money transfer to the Company-s bank account 1001058663 with the National Bank of Kuwait, Ahmadi Branch, Kuwait.
