- The purpose of this market is the supply and delivery of painting, glazing and flooring materials for the municipal services of the city of Joinville-le-Pont. More specifically, the holder must ensure within the framework of this market: the supply and package of the products ordered; the delivery of products to the places designated by the municipality; Commercial advice and follow -up services; The supply of each new season of a digital copy of the priced catalog of all the products offered within the market. It is a framework agreement with mono-attribute order orders without minimum and with a maximum of 100,000 euros HT over the entire duration of the market. The supplies are identified in the BPU, however, certain supplies entering the paint, glazing and flooring categories, may be ordered on the catalog (s) of the holder who will be attached. The total amount of orders on catalog may not exceed 15% of the maximum amount. The market will be concluded for a period of one year, tacitly renewable three times a year.
