Quotation are invited for Supply of Power Transformer 1500 Kva Rfq Fee Amount : 150 Bid Bond Amt / % : 1,000 TRANSFORMER,VOLTAGE, POWER, 3, 50 HZ, 1500 KVA, 11 KV, 0.457 KV, OUTDOOR TYPE, ONAN, DYn11, OIL IMMERSED POWER TRANSFORMER 1500 KVA Rated Volts 11KV/ 0.457KV Type of Cooling - ONAN Rated Frequency- 50HZ Vector Group - Dyn11, 3 Phases on Primary side and 3 phases with neutral on secondary side. Percentage impedance Z=6.0 % System Short Circuit level shall be 25kA at 11kV (1 Sec) System earthing for primary side shall be impedance earthing. Buchholz relay with gas sampling petcocks with alarm and trip contacts. Magnetic oil level gauge with alarm and trip contacts. Pressure relief vent and spring-loaded pressure relief device with auxiliary contacts. Winding temperature indicator (analogue) with maximum reading pointer, alarm and trip contacts Oil temperature indicator (analogue) with maximum reading pointer, alarm and trip contacts Tap Changer: Range of Tap changer shall be up to +/- 5 percentage. Each step shall be of 2.5 percentage. Marshalling box with minimum degree of protection IP 55. CT Requirement: 2 Nos Neutral CT 2500/1A for REF and SEF protection (Class X & 5P20) Conservators drain and isolating valves Silica gel breather, Disconnecting Chambers on HV and LV side Conservator with removable end cover and filler cap Fittings & Accessories, Lifting and jacking lugs, Thermometer pocket Earthing terminals on all external compartments Oil drain and filter valves, Oil sampling device Skid mounting type on concrete foundation, fitted with pulling eyes and bidirectional rollers lockable at 90 Deg. positions. Cable supporting clamps under cable box for HV & LV side. Koc Recommended Practice for Installation and Testing of Electrical Equipment Doc. No. Koc-E-003 Part 2, (Rev. 2) Standards The Tenderer shall submit bid bond valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the tender closing date, in the sum of 1000/- KD of the amount of its tender price in the form of a bank draft/bank guarantee, payable to KUWAIT OIL COMPANY (KSC), issued by a Kuwait Bank. The tender shall not be entertained in the event of failure to submit the bid bond. The bid bond of the unsuccessful Tenderer shall be returned after KOC has entered into a Contract with the successful Tenderer.
