- Tenders are invited for Supply of Refuellers (2 Nos) In response to a request from the Kuwait Aviation Fueling Company, a subsidiary of the Kuwait National Petroleum Company, the Higher Purchasing Committee (HPC) for Tenders of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) announces the list of companies invited to participate in the Limited Tender No. 23/24-30 for the Supply of Refuellers (2 Nos). We would like to draw your attention to Article 16 of Law No. 49 of 2016 regarding Public Tenders, which states that the aforementioned tender will be Issued to the following listed Bidders (05 in total) no less than 30 days from the date of publication of this announcement in the official gazette "Kuwait Al-Youm". Any interested party whose name is not included in the list of invited Bidders has the right to appeal their exclusion or to request participation in the tender, supported by relevant documents, addressed to the Chairman of the Higher Purchasing Committee (HPC) for Tenders of KPC and its subsidiaries within 30 days from the date of this announcement. Appeals or requests should be submitted to the main office of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, Higher Purchasing Committee (HPC) for Tenders of KPC and its subsidiaries. Any party appealing their exclusion or requesting participation must pay a fee of 250 KD for the examination of the possibility of adding them to the list. The appeal/request fee must be paid via a bank deposit receipt to the following Kuwait Aviation Fuelling Company account. The appeal fee will be refunded to the contractor/supplier if their appeal is accepted both formally and substantively.
