Quotation are invited for Supply of Support Services - UPS System. Supply of Module , Modular UPS system 4.5 KVA 4.5 KVA modular UPS system The UPS system shall be of solid-state single/three phase modular UPS system designed to provide regulated and conditioned sinusoidal power to both linear and non-linear type loads. The UPS shall provide uninterruptible power during all modes of operation. There shall be no interruption of power to the critical load when the UPS transfers to and from battery operation. The modular structure of UPS shall be made of independent inverter modules, rectifier modules and controller modules. • 4.5 KVA modular UPS system detailed description • 4.5 KVA modular UPS system (Scalable up to minimum 6KVA capacity in single shelf) shall be of 3 nos. of 1.5KVA inverter modules and corresponding rectifier modules in which one (1) 1.5KVA inverter module and corresponding rectifier module shall be provisioned as redundant (N+1). • Controller module with Color touchscreen • Modular Rectifier (1.2KW x 3Nos.) • Suitable standard cabinet for fixing all the power modules, controllers and batteries. • 6 Way Single Phase Output Distribution Panel (40A MCB x 1No., 20A x 2,16A x 3,10A x 1) • Inverter Module (1.5KW x 3Nos.) • Incomer circuit breakers single phase-Two Pole (40A ELCB-300mA,40A MCB x1 No.,16A MCB x 3Nos for rectifier shelf & 16A MCB x 4Nos for Inverter shelf • Electrical Cables - 3 Core 6 Sq.mm-50 Meters • Batteries strings with separate fuse/breaker protection. • Separate Maintenance Bypass Switch • Two Way 13A PDU (Power distribution Unit) - 4 Nos. • Kopex Conduit 6Sq.mm Cable size - 25 Meters • Sticker Type Cable Trunkey Model-T5 - 10 Meters • Humidity Sensor - 1no. • Temperature Sensor - 1no. • IP Surveillance Camera minimum 4 Mega Pixel with memory card supporting WiFi. Terms and Conditions 1. The suppliers are obliged to have authorized partnership agreement with the Manufacturer. 2. Hardware material shall be brand new. Refurbished / grey-market items will not be accepted. 3. The supplier should submit the following documents: a. Partnership agreement letter with the Manufacturer. b. Manufacturer-s Authorization Form (MAF) duly filled by the Manufacturer shall be submitted with bid (while evaluation/before awarding) through legal channel. Rfq Fee Amount : 75/-.
