- Sports and exercise support healthy maintenance in the workplace, have a positive effect on employment and promote social participation. These aspects are said to be the focus of the BGW climbing initiative. The aim is to use the example of climbing that this sport does notOnly prevention in the classic sense serves, but also to promote an inclusive environment in which all employees have the opportunity to develop physically and socially. The BGW wants to use the climbing initiative workshops for people with disabilities in keeping healthSupport in the workplace of the employees and guesses and promote their ability to work and promote the strengthening of social participation.
