- To fulfill the diverse and extensive tasks in the area of digitization, the AG needs a service provider (AN) for various support services in the development of digital products.
The AG intends to do a service provider as a contractor for the support service to commission a backend connection in product development and the preparation and accompaniment.
As soon as this value has been reached, only the Standard services for termination of the contract according to Section 7.2.1 of the service description commissioned. In addition, the framework agreement can no longer be called up, even according to Section 7.2.2 of the service description. (Saxon amount of S. v. ECJ decision of June 17, 2021, C - 23/20 - Simonsen & Weel) Future changes in order according to §132 Paragraph 2 and Paragraph 3 GWB remain reserved.
