  • The subject of the tender is a framework contract for services to support the processing of employer accounts with insolvency contact. Background: Total social security contributions (i.e. contributions to health, nursing, pension and unemployment insurance) are to the employer to theto pay as a catchment position by the employee. The catchment office monitors the submission of the proof of contributions and the payment of the overall social security contribution. Such contribution claims that have not been met in good time must assert the catchment center.In the event of an insolvency application by a company, extensive reporting and contribution law work is triggered at the catchment points. In addition, there is monitoring until the end of the procedure, the conclusion itself and the examination of the continuation options (liability) along withcorresponding implementation. The processing of social and health data is permitted if, according to the state of the art, appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure information security have been taken, a current C-5 testimony (or equivalent) of theData processing body with regard to the C5 basis criteria for the cloud systems used as part of the cloud computing service and the technology used and the corresponding criteria contained in the test report of the test are implemented. For equivalentEvidence of the C-5 standard applies to the requirements of the C-5 equivalence regulation of 19.3.2025.
