- This consultation is made according to the procedure of the call for tenders opened in application of articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2 of the public procurement code. The consultation concerns a multi-attribute framework agreement and giving rise to the conclusion of subsequent subsequent markets, inConditions defined in articles R2162-2 and R.2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the public procurement code. During the period of validity of the framework agreement, when a new need arises in terms of the rental of stage equipment, the buyer "puts in competition the only candidates holding the framework agreement(between 3 and 8) and attributes the market to the one that has presented the best offer according to the criteria set in the subsequent market. Minimum amount: 30,000 euro (s) excl.framework holders and get along for 12 months
