- The Henri Dunant vocational high school welcoming more than 350 young people (students and apprentices) is in full evolution and undergoes constant modifications to remain suitable for professional developments.
To date, the aging aspect of the building D0 and its surroundings, which faces the forecourt of entranceFrom high school, opens up various challenges of visual, technical and functional improvements, as well as the improvement in thermal performance of the building and technical equipment.
The Pays de la Loire region has registered in its high school investment strategy (SIL) an extension operationand restructuring of the D0 building of the Lycee, with the aim of improving the educational functionality of the premises (especially on the ground floor), improving the image of the school, its entrance forecourt, and seizing this opportunity to improve the energy performance of the building.
The projectDecompose into 3 main interventions:
- The redevelopment of the entry forecourt
- The renovation of the building D0
- The creation of an extension welcoming school life and the teaching space
Classification of the Construction establishment: Type R 4E Category
Global Effective External Building: 244Students + 56 personnel
Regulation, the building will be subject to 2 different thermal regulations:
o For the existing area: Global existing RT (subject to tertiary decree)
o For extension areas: RE2020
