- The course of procurement is the selection and marking of the cutting trees (hereinafter: the remittance of trees) in the forests of small Šumosciers on the territory of the Republic of Croatia except for the intervention 73.05. "Reconstruction (conversion) of degraded forests from the strategic plan commonagricultural policies of the Republic of Croatia 2023. - 2027.
The service of selection and marking trees in the forests of small ŠemoTheors in the county should be performed in accordance with the law on forests (NN 68/20, 101/23 and 36/24; further in the text of the Forest Law), by the Ordinanceo Remittances, forest products, a cargo sheet (accompanying list) and forest row (NN, No. 97/18, 99/21 and 38/24), individual solutions to the executed forests of small private forests(hereinafter: PGS), rules of forestry profession and other positive regulations in the field of forestry, in three stages:
1. PHASE OF PREPARATION OF RADOVA
2. Phase of works

The Phase of Rada control Article 36 of the Forest Act, among other things, stipulates that in the forest and on forest land it is allowed to cut onlyThe trees are removed and the same is done by the performance of forestry works that possesses the appropriate chamber license.
