- 1. The subject of the contract is the service of conducting a study entitled "Profession teachers in the West Pomeranian labor market - state, perspectives, problems".
The main goal of the study "profession teachers in the West Pomeranian labor market - condition, perspectives, problems" is to provide information about Aone situation of teachers of the profession in the West Pomeranian labor market, the number of this professional group, the conditions of practicing this profession in the realities of West Pomeranian educational institutions, as well as assessing competences and motivation to undertake this profession.
The study will be a multi -oneSudges, i.e. various assessment and explanatory perspectives will be included in it. They will be covered by both the teachers of the profession and their employers, as well as experts in the field of vocational education. The information obtained in this way will be an important source of knowledge to develop Straterepair and developmental gii for West Pomeranian vocational education. Particular emphasis will be placed on increasing the number of people interested in profession profession and raising the competences of those who already perform it.
The result of the study will be a report containing the image of the current onethe situation of profession teachers in the West Pomeranian labor market in the area specified by research issues. The study will contribute directly to the implementation of the project's goal, i.e. to build a system of coordination and monitoring regional activities for vocational education, higher education... - Documents :
