The U.S. Embassy Mexico City has a requirement for the collection and disposal of solid waste from one office building and one warehouse location in Mexico City.
The selected contractor will be fully responsible for the collection and disposal of organic, inorganic, sanitary waste, and construction demolition debris produced at two separate locations in Mexico City, one in Col. Irrigación and the other in Col. Verónica Anzúres. The contractor must demonstrate a high level of expertise, along with the necessary abilities, resources, licenses, and permits to perform the specified activities in compliance with all applicable local and federal Mexican regulations. Additionally, the contractor shall adhere to the highest industry standards and maintain superior quality in the execution of these duties. Excellence in customer service is also required.
Work to be performed: Five times a week waste collection in the U.S. New Embassy Compound (NEC) (Monday to Friday); located in Col. Irrigación, Miguel Hidalgo, 11500 Ciudad de México, CDMX, México. This service must be scheduled from 02:00 pm to 03:00 pm. The service must be performed in the designated space for trash collection (see attachment of the drawing with measures and map of the space ATTACHMENT 1 - Trash Area Dimensions). The contractor shall collect and dispose of organic and inorganic waste and package trash. The estimated total amount of solid waste is approximately 30 m3 per week (approx. 12 tons of trash per week). Ensure no waste to be collected and disposed of are abandoned or left behind.
