- Object planning free facilities (services landscape architects) The open space that has not yet been redesigned north and west of the St. Marien Church is one of the large public freedom in the old town of Wismar. According to the mission statement "St. Marien - preserve - develop - experienceAs well as the conception for the "St. Marien-Forum", the former Kirchhoff area is to be further developed as an integrated urban space for residents and visitors to the Hanseatic city of Wismar and for the UNESCO World Heritage. It is intended to have the required planning services for object planning free systemsAs a result of the VGV process. The object planning building includes all the necessary planning services, initially LP 3-4 and 5-9 optional. The client reserves the right to gradually order individual or several performance phases until the construction work is completed. AThere is no legal right to commission the total service. The basis of the commission is the fee pattern. After ordering, processing must be started immediately.
