Description:
Quotation are invited for Warehouse Support Services. The contractor is responsible to provide all power support necessary to complete all work related to warehouse support as identified in this contract. Manpower support provided must be physically fit to load and unload heavy equipment. In addition, it is the contractor‘s responsibility to provide their personnel staff involved in the warehouse support with safety shoes and safety gloves. Additional COVID-19 safety precautions and social distance are required by all contractor‘s personnel involved in the subject warehouse support services, by always wearing medical masks while at a work according to guidance given by the Embassy Health Unit. AMOUNT OF INSURANCE. The Contractor is required to provide whatever insurance is legally necessary. The Contractor shall, at its own expense, provide and maintain during the entire performance period the following insurance amounts: 4.2 GENERAL LIABILITY (includes premises/operations, collapse hazard, products, completed operations, contractual, independent contractors, broad form property damage, personal injury) 1. Bodily Injury stated in US Dollars: Per Occurrence $25,000 Cumulative $50,000 2. Property Damage stated in US Dollars: Per Occurrence $10,000 Cumulative $25,000 4.3 The types and amounts of insurance are the minimums required. The Contractor shall obtain any other types of insurance required by local law or that are ordinarily or customarily obtained in the location of the work. The limit of such insurance shall be as provided by law or sufficient to meet normal and customary claims. 4.4 For those Contractor employees assigned to this contract who are either United States citizens or direct hire in the United States or its possessions, the Contractor shall provide
