- Works of safety of the real estate assets of the Departmental Council of the Charente-Maritime as well as its agents exercising there, this is a framework agreement with purchase orders, multi-attributes (2 maximum) subject to a sufficient number of offer. The framework agreement is concluded with a maximumof 200,000EURO (s) HT per year. This amount is common to all the attributors. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from its date of notification (the date of notification being the latest reception date by the two assignments). The framework agreement istacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4ans.
